Withdrawal from the contract of sale and termination of the contract by agreement
THE SELLER:
1. The seller has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the buyer if the products of the order are no longer produced or delivered, but also in case of a manifest error in the price of the products (i.e. a price substantially different from the normal price of the type/type of product concerned).
2. The seller shall also be entitled to withdraw from the contract if the buyer fails to make the payment within one working day of the day on which the contract of sale is concluded.

If the product does not satisfy the buyer for any reason, he has the opportunity to replace it with another product of his choice.
Changes will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
-1) The product will be returned in excellent condition, just as it was when packaged.
-2) The product will be returned using the package in which we sent it to you or in another package which will protect the product so that it does not suffer damage during transport. The seller is not responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipping

WITHDRAW POLICY

The buyer exercising the right of withdrawal for the return of the products, must first contact us, at the e-mail info@mdfashion.gr or at the phone 2821095625.
LinkAfter the notification of the withdrawal statement of the buyer, a confirmation of its receipt will be sent to his e-mail.
The buyer must send the products to the seller at the address with delivery note: Peridou 9, Chania Crete, PC. 73135, without unjustified delay, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the withdrawal from the contract. According to article 3 of L.2251 / 1994 the buyer bears the costs associated with the return of the products upon withdrawal from the purchase contract. Products to be returned must not show signs of use, they must be intact and complete.

LinkORDER CANCELLATION : Cancellation of an order can be done by the buyer, before sending it by the seller. It can be notified by e-mail at info@mdfashion.gr or by phone 2821095625.
The buyer can at any time after the conclusion of the contract of sale (order) until the moment of sending the products by the seller to request from the seller the termination of the contract of sale. The contract of sale is terminated by agreement of the parties as soon as the seller informs the buyer of the acceptance of the offer to terminate the contract of sale. Attention: The basic condition is that the order has not been sent.
